Refund Policy

7-Day Technical Failure Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, but only under specific circumstances related to technical failure or misrepresentation.

Valid Refund Reasons:

  • Corrupted Files: Agent files are corrupted or incomplete
  • Installation Failure: Agent cannot be installed despite following instructions
  • Missing Components: Promised files (workflow, prompt, documentation) are missing
  • Functional Misrepresentation: Agent does not perform core described functions

NOT Valid for Refund

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: "I didn't like it" or "It wasn't as good as I hoped"
  • Performance Expectations: "It didn't generate enough leads" or "ROI was lower than expected"
  • User Configuration: Agent works but buyer configured incorrectly
  • Changed Mind: Buyer no longer wants the agent
  • Competitive Reasons: Found a different/cheaper solution
  • API Costs: Third-party API costs (OpenAI, Twilio, etc.) exceeded expectations

Refund Request Process

  1. Open Support Ticket: Contact the seller through the platform's support ticket system within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide Evidence: Include screenshots, error messages, or other documentation proving technical failure
  3. Seller Response Target: Seller is expected to respond within 24 hours and attempt to resolve the issue
  4. Escalation: If not resolved within 48 hours, escalate to AOS admin for review
  5. Admin Decision: AOS reviews evidence and makes final determination

Update Pass Cancellation

Update Pass subscriptions (monthly or yearly) can be canceled at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months/years
  • Access to updates continues until subscription expires
  • Base license remains valid even after cancellation

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Funds return to original payment method
  • Buyer loses access to agent files and support
  • Any Update Pass subscription is automatically canceled

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of following our refund process may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Ban from future purchases
  • Reporting to fraud prevention services

Always contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

Why This Policy?

This policy protects both buyers and sellers:

  • Buyers: Protected against truly defective products
  • Sellers: Protected against abuse and unreasonable refund requests
  • Marketplace: Maintains quality and trust

Digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied. Once you have access to the files, we cannot "take them back." This is why refunds are strictly limited to technical failures, not subjective satisfaction.
